Ukrainian startup Nuka launched a campaign on Kickstarter on April 30. They managed to collect the required amount of $20,000 for the first day. There are another 43 days until the end of the campaign.
What Nuka makes
Nuka makes “eternal stationery”: this is a special notebook and pencil. The peculiarity of the notebook is that you can erase unnecessary information. In addition, it does not tear and does not get wet when in contact with moisture. Notebook notes can be stored in digital form using the Nuka application. The pencil is made of an alloy of five metals. It is characterized by durability and the fact that it does not need to be regularly eroded. On Kickstarter, you can pre-order a set with a discount of $30 starting from $59. The delivery of the products is promised closer to the end of 2019, approximately in November.
Who founded Nuka
The startup was founded by a 17-year-old Kateryna Mykhalko and Mykyta Vladykin, as well as 20-year-old Eugene Shylo. According to Mykhalko, they were preparing for the launch of the campaign for 2 years, and the launch of the startup itself was postponed 9 times for various reasons.
