Ukrainian Augmented Pixels raises investment from ICU

Ukrainian Augmented Pixels, which works on augmented reality technologies, has attracted investments from the ICU group, as announced on the investment group’s website.

  • The amount of the investment is not disclosed, however, the company’s founder, Vitaliy Goncharuk, told AIN.UA that the deal is structured as a convertible note (a form of short-term debt that converts into equity).
  • The money raised in the company is going to be spent on the further development of products and hiring people. According to Goncharuk, the company plans to recruit 15-20 high-class professionals in the Kyiv and Odesa offices. Mostly they will be developers and the sales team.
