Spectral TMS, a leading French startup in the field of autonomous augmented reality for the industrial sector, has raised $2.3 million in a Seed round. The round was led by the Elaia – a leading European venture capital company with a strong technological DNA with participation from existing investors of Spectral TMS.

Founded in 2018 by Amaury Cottin and Maxence Boucas, Spectral TMS edits augmented reality software for the industrial sector and offers an internal SaaS platform for augmented maintenance. It supports industries in their digital transformation while facilitating the transmission of their know-how. The startup is aimed to offer industries the tools they need to be known around the world.

Combined with Microsoft’s mixed reality Hololens 2 glasses, the SpectralTMS solution integrates very simple digital information into the technician’s field of vision. Hands-free, it performs its operations twice as fast, easy, and without errors, Spectral TMS reports

The company wants to spend the raised funds to accelerate its growth in Industrial Augmented Reality and to continue its development. Also, they want to offer a reliable and ready-made solution for their technicians, especially in times of crisis. To date, Spectral TMS has made about twenty pilot projects with several industrial accounts.
