About Kyrylo Khomiakov

Khomiakov worked in the financial and banking sector of Ukraine.

  • He was on top positions at Intesa San Paolo, BNP Paribas, Piraeus Bank, and Mellon Ukraine.
  • Kyrylo has five-year experience in business development in Ukraine and Europe at the world-biggest financial service provider — Fiserv Inc (NSDQ).
  • Since 2019, Kyrylo has been the Chief of the State Agency for Infrastructure Projects in Ukraine.

His new role is a part of the corporate strategy to strengthen its presence in Eastern Europe. Ukraine is one of the essential markets in the region. According to the AIN.UA’s source at Binance, the company’s growth in Ukraine for the last few years is partly connected with an increasing number of its specialists in the region.

“The Binance team has ambitions to introduce various new products in Ukraine. Ukraine is a unique and promising market characterized by positive trends in general. Furthermore, Binance continues its cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and actively participates in establishing and regulating the virtual asset market. There is no doubt that these steps will positively impact the company’s positions and presence,” Binance representatives told AIN.UA.
