  • Started in early 2021 by Irma Bucinskaite and Tomas Smagurauskas, benme develops a platform that helps to find and purchase benefits for employees and offers a convenient tool for choosing the desired services from an open network of international partners.
  • In August 2021, the company raised its first €50,000 investment from the Estonian startup accelerator Startup Wise Guys. It is currently on its way to raising the third investment.
  • Currently, benme continues to develop its product, grow its team, attract customers and partners, and improve its internal processes to maintain growth.

“Over the last two months the platform user count has grown more than 10 times, the team has doubled. We expanded in 18 countries, have established partnerships with foreign suppliers,”

founder and CEO of benme Irma Bucinskaite says about the startup.
  • Using the funds raised, benme wants to focus on product development in foreign markets, strengthening alternative sales channels, and increasing brand awareness.
