In autumn 2021, EPAM opened a representative office in Khmelnytskyi as a coworking space, and now the company is opening its own office in the city.
- The number of EPAM employees in the region has increased tenfold since the beginning of the full-scale war. Several hundreds of specialists have moved to Khmelnytskyi as a relatively safe place for temporary living from Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Kyiv, and other cities.
- The new office will accommodate several dozens of workstations and operate on a pre-booking basis.
- There is space for conducting team meetings and brainstorming sessions, there is a parking lot and a reserve channel of uninterrupted internet connection Starlink.
- Earlier, EPAM announced that the company would fully withdraw from Russia and stop selling its services there. In Belarus, it has stopped hiring new employees but, according to EPAM’s founder Arkady Dobkin, is not going to leave the Belarusian market.
