The Tallinn-based proptech startup Bidrento has raised €800,000 in a follow-up seed funding round for European expansion. The company automates the management of rental properties, Tech.eu reports.
- Founded in 2019 by Natalja Napsep and Taavo Annus, Bidrento develops rental property management software, aiming to integrate all rental and tenant management actions into one multitasking platform. The solution is used by landlords, property and asset managers, as it cuts on paperwork and is easy to use.
- This is a follow-up seed round for the company. All existing investors, including Timo Rein (Pipedrive co-founder) and Peep Vain (Pipedrive’s first investor), participated in the round. New investors, including several people from Bolt, investors from Switzerland and the real estate sector also joined.
- In March 2022, Bidrento has received a €65,000 grant from Space3ac. According to Crunchbase, the company raised the first part of the seed round from angel investors in April 2021.
- With the fresh funding, the startup plans to expand across Europe after consolidating itself in the Baltic market. Bidrento also wants to raise a larger financing round in the near future.
