The Warsaw-based chatbot developer PerfectBot has secured a €535,000 (2.52 million PLN) investment to launch its product. Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder and KnowledgeHub led the round, MamStartup reports.
- Founded in 2020 by Łukasz Lewandowski, Maciej Maliszewski, and Mikołaj Machowczyk, PerfectBot, a part of K2 Group, is the first conversational AI solution, that is both effective and easy to set up. The tool understands questions asked in a natural language and provides specific answers to address over 250 different problems.
- Thanks to the solution, stores can quickly automate more than 50% of customer service matters, redirecting only difficult calls to consultants. The chatbot is already automating e-commerce customer service for brands such as Reserved, Sinsay, IKEA, and 4F.
“We do not offer another platform for building bots. Our approach is different: an online store can hire a ready-to-use, conversational AI, trained and optimized for selected e-commerce industries, and then easily adapt it to their business. Thanks to PerfectBot, users can run the chatbot in only a day, the training of which would take years and require enormous expenses,”
Łukasz Lewandowski, co-founder and president of PerfectBot, says about the solution.
- Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder and KnowledgeHub starter funds led the €535,000 round for PerfectBot. Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder is a venture capital fund that invests in early-stage startups focused on innovative industries and emerging technologies. KnowledgeHub is one of the biggest VC funds in Poland, focusing on seed-stage tech startups with global potential.
- PerfectBot will use the fresh funds to launch the solution, as well as develop the integration with other customer service tools. The company also want to expand into English-speaking markets, primarily the USA.
