The Poland-based company WhitePress has acquired Senuto, a Polish platform for SEO analysis. The deal will allow WhitePress to implement Big Data and AI tech to its solution, and Senuto will be able to grow faster. The companies do not disclose the acquisition amount, MamStartup reports.
- Senuto is a technology company and a SaaS platform, founded and developed in Poland since 2016. It helps specialists in SEO analysis get better results and provides a content suite, which automates the content creation in line with Google expectations. 14,000 users work with the platform every day.
- WhitePress, a broker between advertisers and articles publishers, acquired 100% of Senuto’s shares. But the merger assumes full independence, as Senuto retains its current brand and team.

- The acquisition will also allow many brands to cut costs on SEO, Big Data, and marketing activities analysis specialists, which will improve all internal processes related to digital activities.
