The San Francisco-based platform for frontend developers Vercel has acquired Austrian all-in-one analytics and conversion tool Splitbee. The companies do not disclose the amount of the deal.

  • Founded in 2020 by Tobias and Timo Lins, Splitbee is an all-in-one analytics and conversion tool that tracks the user’s experience on the site and helps to optimize online businesses. With user-triggered events and simplified A/B testing, the tool provides key insights on user behavior.

  • Founded in 2015, San Francisco-based Vercel is the platform for frontend developers, that provides privacy-friendly, real-time traffic insights about how visitors are using the site with in-depth page view metrics like top pages, top referring sites, and demographics. 
  • Vercel works with over 30 frameworks, Next.js, Create React App, Svetle, Nuxt.js are among them. Under Armour, Nintendo, The Washington Post, and Zapier are among Vercel’s clients.
  • By uniting Vercel’s strengths with Splitbee’s, brands have a one-stop shop for their web building and analytics needs. It will help brands of all sizes to adapt and thrive without compromising the integrity of their data or affecting end-user experience.
