The Vienna-based organization Female Founders launched a three-month online accelerator called Grow F. The program supports innovative and scalable female-led ventures and helps startups from Europe and beyond get investment ready.

  • The accelerator targets early-stage companies with diverse teams and at least one female founding member with equal shares, a scalable business model, and an MVP with first traction in B2B, B2C, B2B2C, B2D, B2G. The program duration in 3 months and has two batches per year (Spring/Summer + Autumn/Winter). 
  • The application deadline is January 24. Startups can apply here.
  • During the program, founders have interactive sessions with experts, will have personal matching with one mentor from Female Founders’ network, and 45 hours of know-how sessions. At the end of the program, founders have the possibility to pitch in front of hundreds of angel and VC investors from all over Europe and became a part of Female Founders’ community.

  • Founded in 2016 by Lisa-Marie Fassl and Nina Woss, Female Founders aims to create equal opportunities for entrepreneurial women in the European tech and innovation ecosystem through the accelerator and leadership programs, events, and networking.
  • In October 2022, Female Founders launched €20 million Fund F to invest in pre-seed and seed startups with digital and scalable business models that have a positive impact on the world. Areas of focus include climate tech, femtech, health tech, fintech, insurtech, and HR tech.
