The Italian supplier of software for banking and payment systems Auriga has acquired a majority stake in F1 Solutions. It is a Warsaw-based company developing similar solutions for Central and Eastern European markets. The companies do not disclose the amount of the deal, iTWIZ reports.
- Established in 2014, F1 Solutions is the developer of cash management software and self-service applications for ATMs and cash deposit machines. The software solution for cash management is currently used by several largest banks in Poland.
- The company is also the manufacturer of the F1 TPS Suite solution, which is flexible and fully hardware independent. The suite provides full support for all transactions and processes, such as withdrawals, deposits, cash management, and monitoring. To date, it works on a quarter of ATMs in Poland.

- Auriga has been on the market since 1992. It is a top international provider of cutting-edge software solutions to financial institutions. The company offers several solutions, including its flexible, modular, and secure WinWebServer (WWS) omnichannel banking suite.
- According to Auriga representatives, this deal supports the company’s international expansion strategy. It will help the company to enter the Polish market and develop in Central and Eastern Europe.
