Pluria, a remote and hybrid work solution, has raised $2 million. The round was led by Eleven Ventures, and joined by Croton Capital, WIT Angels Club, and Phoenix Venture Fund.
- Founded by two Romanians, Andrei Cretu and Gabriela Draghia, Pluria provides remote and hybrid work platform that can simplify recruiting process and develop businesses beyond borders, without the necessity of having a fixed office space. The company offers teams with access to a network of workspaces such as coworking hubs, hotel lounges, and cafés.
- Pluria expanded its network to 500 workspaces in Latin America (Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Argentina) and Europe (Romania, Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal). Meanwhile, more than 150 companies use its app.
- The fresh round was backed by the Sofia-based fund Eleven Ventures which supports tech companies from Southeast Europe in four priority verticals — fintech, healthcare, future of work, and future of food. Earlier this year, Eleven Ventures has led a €2.1 million post-seed round for IoT real-time monitoring startup BibeCoffee.
- Germany-based Croton Capital, Romanian WIT Angels Club, US-based Phoenix Venture Fund, and business angels also joined the investment.
- Pluria plans to use the costs to consolidate its presence in the two territories, Latin America and Eastern Europe, while building on the product to better serve the needs of users.
