Ciklum, a global outsourcing IT company with roots in Ukraine and large offices in Poland, has announced the acquisition of Infogen, an American developer of digital solutions. The company told AIN.Capital the details via the press relase.
- Following the deal, Ciklum plans to accelerate its development in the North American market, strengthen its expertise in the development of leading digital products, as well as expand its geographic presence.
- Currently, Ciklum has more than 4,000 developers and specialists, the Infogen team comprises about 350 people.
- Infogen, which has its main customer base in the western part of the USA, will bring Ciklum its experience in developing solutions for the retail and financial industries. In particular, virtual (VR) and augmented (AR) reality technologies.
- Unfortunately, the exact amount of the deal has not been disclosed. The acquisition is part of Ciklum’s strategic development plan, which envisages further strengthening their role in the global digital innovation market.
