Stress in fast-paced work environments leads to burnout, disengagement, and high employee turnover. Burnout costs organizations $120 billion to $190 billion annually, and traditional methods like pulse surveys and digital wellness apps struggle to effectively address these deeper issues.
-
It provides tailored recommendations to address stress's root causes, ensuring practicality and precision, without disrupting workflows or compromising privacy. The company's clients include Uber, BSC Consulting, and Uplink.
"This new investment from Look AI Ventures [and other investors — ed.] marks a significant milestone in Ambr's journey. We're excited to accelerate our growth and expand our impact on workplace well-being. With this funding, we plan to enhance our AI capabilities to provide even more accurate and actionable insights while also further developing predictive models for proactive stress management. Our solution is already making a significant impact, but we believe we've only scratched the surface of what's possible," comments Zoe Stones, Co-Founder & CEO at Ambr.
Ambr intends to continue developing predictive models for proactive stress management and advance its AI capabilities to deliver even more precise and useful insights with the help of this funding.
