Prime Label Group, a label manufacturer in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), has aсquired 100% stake in Grafoprint, a prominent Romanian printing business. This acquisition allows the Group to expand in the promising Romanian market while exceeding its sales target of €100 million by the end of 2024. The company told the details to AIN.

As part of the private equity fund Innova/6 of the Innova Capital group, the deal marks Prime Label’s sixth acquisition in five years.

The current deal is another step in its long-term growth strategy, which strengthens the Group's position as a regional leader in label production.
Entering the Romanian market will allow significant cost synergies to be realized according to the company.
