Ownership structure

The founder of AIN LLC (hereinafter - the Company) with a 100% share of ownership is Molfar Limited, a legal entity registered under the laws of the United Kingdom at the address United Kingdom, 7 Milner Street, London, England SW3 2QA. The sole beneficial owner of the Company is Artem Ihorovych Starosek, a citizen of Ukraine, who has 100% indirect decisive influence on the Company through Molfar Limited.

The company is a legal entity, the main purpose of which is to make a profit. The company is the only person in Ukraine that has the rights to the AIN.UA trademark and the rights to the AIN.UA media resource. The Company's source of financing is its own income, investments of the legal entity - the founder and beneficial owner, as well as grant funds.

The beneficial owner controls the financial indicators of the Company, its strategic development and does not interfere in the editorial policy of the online publication.
