On February 3, the Denmark-based startup Dixa announced that it had closed a $36 million Series B funding round. The lead investor is Notion Capital, with Project A Ventures and SEED Capital as partners.

The company with offices in Copenhagen, London, Berlin, Kyiv, and Lviv is developing a customer engagement platform.

Dixa will use the new capital to accelerate its product development and innovation and grow the team. According to the press release of the company, Dixa intends to strengthen the Business Development Team in Kyiv and Copenhagen and hire 20 new employees within the next few months.

Dixa, founded in 2015, released the product in 2018 and raised a Series A of $14 million in 2019. Since the global launch, the startup has grown from 12 to 120 employees, and its monthly revenue has risen by 1,800%.

Dixa cloud-based software works across multiple channels — including phone, chat, e-mail, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and SMS — and employs a smart routing system so, the right support requests reach the right people within an organization, TechCrunch explains. According to the startup, this approach is more efficient than call centers with outdated software and uncomfortable communication options.
