AIN.UA’s team has relaunched the job openings section and the directory of companies. The section seems to have always been there but as a low-key and basic feature. Now it is a full-scale product based on AIN.UA’s content and traffic. It helps bring companies, recruiting agencies, individual headhunters, and professionals together. There are already a couple of hundred job openings from NetpeakMurkaGenesisGravityAlfa-BankRoom8TalentInSigma3DLook, etc. We will tell you how it all works.

All free

The absolute majority of job websites charge money for posting job openings or limit the number of free postings. Posting jobs in AIN.UA’s redesigned section is free-of-charge and will remain free for companies, agencies, and individual recruiters. You can post one opening, 21 openings, or even 121 ones. The section makes money on premium features for employers and recruiters, not on publishing vacancies.

Database of Ukrainian IT and allied industry companies

We have fully rearranged company profiles. Now they include everything that a prospective employee needs to form a detailed picture of the company.

Tags allow you to make a selection of companies (and jobs) by type, industry, kinds of products, and many other parameters. This is our strong suit, and in March 2020, we already helped the Dutch company Dealroom to prepare a map of the Ukrainian IT ecosystem.

A brief company profile by the editorial team – without any marketing taglines or clichés, but with facts and figures – is written in the informative style that we routinely use when speaking to AIN.UA’s audience. This is manually managed content, so if your company has no profile yet and you want to help our author with the details, please write here.

In the Media section, you can access the entire 20-year record of references to a company on AIN.UA in chronological order – news, features, digests, op-eds, PR, native integrations, and blogs. Premium accounts can choose the text for bringing to the top, marked as “featured.” This feature works for other content as well.

The Job Feedback tab allows users to share their experiences of working, being interviewed, or doing an internship with the company. Either anonymously or openly. The section helps companies get feedback and demonstrate their transparency in work and employment matters to candidates.

The Overview consists of excerpts from all the previous tabs and contains boxes for companies to add their description, videos, etc.

Job search

We have probably covered all noteworthy industries, working conditions, and company types that you might want to work with. Medical insurance or option plans as part of the benefits package, remote working or relocation, С-level or a junior position, some prefer product companies only and some like gamedev, firms run by women or projects whose products save our planet – click and get just the jobs that suit you.

Job alerts

The more accurate filtering, the fewer openings are displayed. LinkedIn has never divided Ukraine into cities, so longlists of candidates and vacancies seemed (and were!) longer. As you understand, we have staked on quality. Without compromising and making allowances for having just started and not gained the weight of 5,000 to 10,000 job openings. So, if you have not found your job here or are not interested in any of the vacancies, do not forget to subscribe to job alerts by clicking on the bell icon in the filter row. You will be receiving nothing but suitable, no-spam vacancies to your email, and soon to your Telegram as well.

Premium accounts for companies and recruiters

We want to emphasize again that all companies have access to functions such as posting of job openings and profile management free of charge. For those interested in making the most of the platform’s capabilities, we have prepared a special package – branding, banners, hot openings, the option to feature reviews and articles about the company. You can learn more here.

Audience

Without an announcement since the launch less than a month ago, and with less than two hundred job openings (which have been there not from the very beginning too), the section has generated 30,000 hits. The platform is fully cross-linked with the main AIN.UA website, where the audience of more than 1m unique users look for topical news and features, producing 2.5m to 3m views per month. And each new piece about the company or any reference to it has a hyperlink to its profile and vacancies.

Will there be updates?

Yes! First, the database of IT companies was launched. This was followed by technical and non-technical openings in tech companies. Now, the third and fourth big updates to the section are coming – new opportunities for individual headhunters and recruiting agencies, as well as referral recruitment made possible. And that’s not to mention new premium features and constant interface improvements owing to the feedback of our users.

Please send your suggestions and queries here. As for the section itself, it has been available to companies and candidates for several weeks, here.
