Estonian Fyma, a motion analytics startup, has raised $1.8 million in seed funding. The round was led by Change Ventures with participation from 7 Percent, Decacorn, Lemonade Stand, Tiny VC, and existing investor Superangel, Tech.EU reports.

Founded in 2019 by Karen K Burns, and Taavi Tammiste, Fyma turns security cameras into a predictive sensor to unlock the data within video streams through its SaaS platform. The startup is aimed to help companies make better strategic planning decisions. Fyma can be used in many different scenarios and its unique camera self-learning capability means that implementation is easy and quick.

Fyma will use the funding to double its headcount, fund additional pilot programs to help assess where this can have the greatest impact, and focus on business development.
