Warsaw-based ConsoleWay has raised more than $260,000 from investors as part of a share issue carried out in December, MamStartup writes.
ConsoleWay is a company from the Ultimate Games group, which was launched in July. It specializes in porting games to Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 consoles. It is currently working on porting Train Station Renovation and Rover Mechanic Simulator games. In 2021, the company will also adapt several other games to the technical requirements of consoles including Builders of Egypt and others.
As Grzegorz Misztal, CEO of ConsoleWay, commented, the company has a goal to port three or four major projects and a few smaller games a year. So the fresh funds will be invested into the implementation of current and new projects and expanding the team, Misztal said. Besides, ConsoleWay wants to debut on the NewConnect market by the end of 2021.
