The German developer of a veterinary platform felmo has closed a Series A round worth several million euros. Previous investors HV Capital and 468 Capital joined Redalpine, who led the round, Tech.eu writes

Founded in 2019 by Lars Giere and Philip Trockels, felmo provides an animal health care solution. The company’s platform offers users to book home visits from a veterinarian through the application, enabling customers to find veterinarians instantly for the treatment of sick pets. Besides, felmo also offers options like video calls with veterinarians, pet care guidance.

The startup is planning to invest the raised capital in adding the new regions and services, as well as in scaling the team. Currently, felmo’s services are available in 10 German cities including Hannover, Essen and others. 

Leading investor Redalpine is a seed and early-stage venture fund interested in supporting tech startups with a focus on highly-scalable ICT and healthtech models.
