Ajax Systems, a Ukrainian technology company, is preparing for an IPO. This is reported in the company’s official announcement about the appointment of a new member of the Board of Directors.
The company says that Karl Robb, a former Vice President of EPAM, will join the Board.
Karl’s main goals for the company will be:
- Improving corporate governance
- Preparing Ajax Systems for an IPO
- Strengthening the company’s globalization and growth rate
- Helping to scale Ajax’s engineering team
Karl already has a similar experience: he participated in EPAM’s preparation for the IPO on the New York Stock Exchange.
The company responded to AIN.UA’s request that it was not yet ready to announce specific details on the upcoming offering, but it could take place in a couple of years.
“In the next year or two, Ajax Systems plans to quadruple sales and do the IPO roughly in 2023 on one of the major stock exchanges,” the company said.
The company’s first investor, Andriy Dovzhenko from SMRK, also reported on the company’s preparations for the IPO. After a partial exit with the entry of Horizon Capital, he told AIN.UA that the IPO is the company’s long-term goal.
