Ukrainian investment company Digital Future has invested $5 million in the online therapy platform Calmerry, as the company told AIN.UA.

  • Calmerry is a new project of the founder of Digital Future, Alex Vitchenko, in the field of telemedicine.
  • It is an online therapy and counseling service, bringing users and psyhotherapists together. According to the project description, the platform works with licensed doctors who are guided by the principles of evidence-based medicine.
  • The users can use the service to book online doctor appointments, with prices starting at $42 per week.

According to Vitchenko, it is his first investment in telemedicine. “Due to the pandemic, I see a significant increase in demand for mental health services, which significantly expands the market for online therapy,” he says.

The project will spend the funds to grow the user base, expand the doctor base, and develop the set of therapeutic tools.
