The company Grid Dynamics has acquired Tacit Knowledge, headquartered in London. The press service of the company told AIN.UA. Grid Dynamics is one of the top 25 largest IT companies in Ukraine, according to the DOU. The Ukrainian offices employ almost 1,000 people.

Details of the deal

The financial details of the deal were not disclosed. However, the company announced that the entire Tacit Knowledge team of more than 180 employees from the United Kingdom, Mexico, Moldova, and the United States, including senior-level management, will join Grid Dynamics as a result of the acquisition.

The merger will expand Grid Dynamics’ service and solution offerings, accelerate the growth of its new customer base, and strengthen its portfolio in Europe and Asia. For Grid Dynamics and Tacit Knowledge employees and partners, the deal will enable them to work in new markets with in-depth technology and business expertise.
