The Times Higher Education magazine has published its 18th annual rankings of the world’s best universities, which includes ten higher education institutions from Ukraine. Traditionally, the leaders are the universities of the USA and the UK. The top five positions were taken by Oxford University, the California Institute of Technology, Harvard University, Stanford University, and Cambridge University.
