Presto Ventures has launched Fund II, valued at €30 million. The Prague-based firm is looking to make pre-seed and seed investment rounds in more than 40 B2B startups from the CEE region, including the Baltics, Balkans, and Ukraine Tech.eu writes.
- Presto Ventures was started in 2016 by Přemysl Rubeš. It is an early-stage venture capital investment company empowering CEE startup founders. Its ticket size can range up to €3 million, and, according to the firm, it stays committed to follow-on rounds.
- With its first fund, Presto Ventures has invested in 15 startups, including the Georgian freight forwarding startup OMOFOX, Lithuanian logtech GoRamp, as well as Ukraine’s Finmap. The list also includes Slovakia’s first unicorn, Cloudtalk, and Estonia’s fastest-growing metaverse startup, Wolf3D.
- The financing for Fund II is comprised solely of private sources, including family offices and some undisclosed entrepreneurs and exited founders.
