DocPlanner, the Warsaw-based giant in the healthtech sector, has acquired the Brazilian company Feegow, which develops software for managing medical facilities. The companies have not disclosed the amount paid for the acquisition, MamStartup informs.
- Founded in 2009 by Silvio Maia, Feegow is a company from Brazil that creates software for clinics and hospitals to manage internal processes. Over 40,000 healthcare professionals, including receptionists, financial analysts, and managers of medical facilities, use the services provided.
- DocPlanner is a booking platform and management software provider for doctors. Before the deal, the company acquired jameda, the largest digital medical service platform based in Munich. And in September 2021, DocPlanner got unicorn status, raising a total of $140.5 million in funding.
- Feegow has now become part of the Polish DocPlanner group, which operates in the Brazilian market under the Doctoralia brand. Following the deal, Feegow’s current CEO, Silvio Maia, will keep his position.

- As a result of the deal, Feegow users will have access to DocPlanner Group resources and markets. Accordingly, DocPlanner users will have access to Feegow’s medical facility management tool.
