The Tallinn-based influencer marketing software company Modash has raised $2 million in a seed round to accelerate its scaling. The round was led by Change Ventures, joined by Icebreaker.vc, and angel investors.

  • Founded in 2018 by Avery Schrader and Hendry Sadrak, Modash is the creator partnerships platform of choice for brands who want to find and partner with creators, at scale. The platform also allows businesses to identify and communicate with influencers for their market, assign them tasks, and track the ROI for influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Modash has a network of 100 million social media influencers on Twitch and Instagram. Among its clients are Wolt, Bolt, Perch, and Kilo.

“Sure, the first goal is to help brands find and partner with creators, but this is a complex flywheel that we have yet to see anyone approach the way Modash is. Given the social media ads storm, Modash believes it can tap into the space for brands who “need new places to share their stories with consumers,”

Rait Ojasaar, partner at Change Ventures, said.
  • The round was co-led by Change Ventures, a pan-Baltic seed fund, backer of Tallinn-based identity checking service Veriff. xisting Icebreak.vc from the previous $200,000 pre-seed round, as well as angel investors Tomas Slimas, Kristjan Vilosius, and Akim Arhipov also participated.
  • Modash will use the new investment to grow to power more than a million partnerships per year.
