E-commerce logistics, courier, and fulfillment partner to players in CEE euShipments has announced that it completed its acquisition of a majority stake in Zagreb-based Pick & Pack, fulfillment operators for the e-commerce. This acquisition was conducted in partnership with BlackPeak Capital.
- Founded in 2020 by Matej Javorek, Pick & Pack is one of the leading e-commerce fulfillment operators in Croatia. The startup brings a complete logistics solution for all categories of e-commerce: storage, processing orders from the webshop, packaging, sending invoices, and delivery.
- Pick & Pack claims that its services help to reduce up to 75% of costs. It integrates with such web stores as Magento, Woo-commerce, Shopify, OMS and cooperates with delivery services: GLS, Intereuropa, E-paket, DPD, Overseas, DHL.
- The Ruse-based euShipments is an international courier and fulfillment service for online stores. Currently, euShipments has a network across 27 European countries and operates 12 fulfillment centers.
- Pick & Pack’s acquisition is part of Black Peak Capital core investment strategy to help accelerate the growth of both companies via targeted acquisitions that leverage their capabilities, geographical focus, and financials. The deal is an important step for euShipments’ development strategy to consolidate a leading position in the e-commerce markets across the CEE region.
