The New York-based company with a team in Bucharest Kubeark has secured $2.8 million in a pre-seed round led by Credo Ventures, joined by Seedcamp, LAUNCHub Ventures, and 500 Emerging Europe. The investment will help to develop SaaSify software products and enable cloud adoption.

  • Kubeark was launched in 2022 by a six-strong founding team, that includes Bogdan Nedelcov, Teofil Harapcea, Adrian Tudoran, George Dumitrascu, Bogdan Dumitru, and Mihai Faur. It develops an open, infrastructure-agnostic platform built to scale any software product, which integrates deployment and management into business processes.
  • With Kubeark, software vendors can remove the complexity of their application development lifecycle by effortlessly deploying, managing, and scaling applications on any type of infrastructure, from private or public cloud to on-premises, for both open and closed systems. Headquartered in New York, Kubeark has offices in Bucharest, Romania, and a team of 20.

“Our platform ushers in a new era in which software products are delivered as true SaaS products, helping vendors speed time-to-value, hyper-scale their distribution, and SaaSify any piece of software instantly,”

Bogdan Nedelcov, Kubeark CEO and co-founder said.
  • The investment round was led by Czech Credo Ventures, which has recently led $2 million pre-seed round for AI voice technology startup ElevenLabs. Europe’s seed fund Seedcamp, Bulgarian VC firm LAUNCHub Ventures, California-based 500 Emerging Europe, and others also joined.
  • Kubeark will use the fresh round to accelerate platform development and build a strong network of global partners in order to advance and scale the adoption of its technology.
