Ukrainian fund ZAS Ventures has invested $120,000 in ZEELY. The fund’s co-founder Andriy Zinchuk shared the news with AIN.Capital. The deal was completed through the ZASV Syndicate.
- ZEELY is a sales-growth mobile app with AI for small businesses. The startup was founded by Ukrainians Dmytro and Yaroslav Samoiluk, and Alina Bondarenko, who were previously included in Forbes’s 30 under 30 list of young leaders in Europe.
- This is not the first capital ZEELY raised. The startup has managed to secure a total of $1.3 million. According to ZAS, the app has over 8,000 users from the US, Great Britain, and Canada with 80% return rate. The MRR (monthly regular revenue) of the product is more than $45,000, the growth rate is 150% for every quarter.
- The investment in ZEELY is the first deal for the syndicate. ZASV Syndicate was founded in February 2023 on the base of the ZAS Ventures fund, at the same time negotiations with ZEELY began. Although, they completed the deal only now.
- The syndicate focuses on investing in early-stage startups from Central and Eastern Europe, backed by a fund with tickets starting at $50,000.
