Visa, a multinational financial services corporation with operations in more than 200 countries, has announced its plans to open a global technology and product hub in Poland. According to iTwiz, the hub is going to be the first project of this kind in Central and Eastern Europe.

- In general, it will be Visa’s fifth global technology and product hub of high strategic importance. Poland, where Visa has operations since 1995, is increasingly recognized as a place where the best specialists in the field of technology can be found. This hub is also reflecting the company’s desire to create innovations and invest in the European region.
- Over the next few years, 1,500 technology specialists are going to be hired for work in the Polish hub.
