Polish startup HRobots has raised €245,000 (PLN 1.1 million) for its innovative solution for human resources and payroll administration. The SPINAKER alfa fund provided the funding, MamStartup reports.

  • HRobots develops the Human Capital Management system, which is based on advanced algorithms that primarily support processes related to employee service. Thanks to the solution, the companies can keep their HR and payroll departments relatively small and effective.

“There are many companies offering transition services to fully digital processes, but few of these products support the smooth coexistence of both paper and digital worlds. Usually, these are products adapted to a certain specificity, as well as tools used in large companies,

Tomasz Drzewiecki, President of HRobots, comments.
  • SPINAKER alfa is the lead investor in the startup. It is a Lodz-based VC firm with over 15 investments in the industries of fintech, cleantech, healthtech, and ICT in its portfolio. The firm recently invested in another Polish company Dopasuj.to.
  • The company will use the fresh funds to further develop its HCM system, as well as strengthen its position in the HR market.
