Logitech International, a global hardware and software provider, has acquired Loupedeck, a Helsinki-based developer of custom editing consoles for creative and livestreaming verticals. The acquisition was made for an undisclosed, non-material amount, Silicon Canals reports.

  • Loupedeck was founded in 2016 by Felix Hartwigsen, Mikko Kesti, and Pauli Seppinen. The company creates custom-built editing and streaming consoles designed to improve the experiences of major software programs across streaming, production, and photo, video, audio editing, as well as design.
  • The product offer includes Loupedeck+, the Creative Tool (CT), and the Live and Live S. These can help to maximize the creative potential and enhance the editing process by providing the most intuitive approach to the most complex industry leading software.
