Romanian global cybersecurity firm Bitdefender has completed the acquisition of Horangi Cyber Security, a Singapore-based SaaS cyber security company. The amount of the deal has not been yet disclosed, Tech.eu reports.
- Bitdefender is a security tech company that provides advanced threat protection to both business and consumer customers, headquartered in Bucharest, Romania. The company is best known for its Bitdefender antimalware software.
- According to Bitdefender, the solution has over 20,000 qualified partners and resellers across 170 countries. And as of August 2021, it was ranked 5th globally among Microsoft Windows anti-malware application vendors by market scores.
- Horangi is a leading SaaS cybersecurity company that offers product innovation and technology designed to protect organizations in Asia. The Horangi services portfolio will complement and extend Bitdefender’s Managed Detection & Response (MDR).
