  • Led by Tapio Talvisalo, Kaj Seeste and Greg Milliken, SaaShop has over 2,500 customers consisting primarily of small and medium-size businesses, but also larger organizations, such as Inderes Oyj, a content service aimed at investors. In 2021, the company opened its second office in Austin, Texas.

“This round of funding will enable us to accelerate our go to market efforts and sales in both the USA and Europe. Just as Amazon transformed the way the world buys products of all types, SaaS marketplaces will change the way companies buy software. It’s a huge market that includes essentially every business,”

Kaj Seeste, SaaShop CEO and Co-founder, comments.
  • Business Finland joined in the round as one of the previous investors in the company. SaaShop’s current owners and board members also participated in the round, including angel investor Jorma Heinonen, who was assigned new chairman of the board.
  • The company plans to use the fresh funds to accelerate its growth in both the European and North American markets.
