Warsaw-based company Ostendi Global, the owner of the OstendiHR platform, has secured around €433,000 (PLN 2 million) in a funding round led by Smartlink Partners. The company intends to intensify the acquisition of foreign customers, especially in the USA, MamStartup reports.
- Founded in 2018, Ostendi Global provides professional tools to diagnose competencies and identify talents, automated assessments, and clear reports. The company works with both large and small organizations like Santander Consumer Bank, CD Projekt, Budimex, and Stock Polska.
- The company’s lead product, OstendiHR is a platform based on web solutionn for managing soft HR processes, including on and off-boarding, competence review, potential diagnosis, setting and managing goals, organizational diagnosis, attendance management, and knowledge management.
- By investing €433,000, Smartlink Partners will join Ostendi’s investors Marcin Grzymkowski and his MKK3 fund, who actively supported the development of Ostendi Global.
- Smartlink Partners is a Warsaw-based venture capital fund that invests in early-stage e-commerce, fintech, AI and ML, medtech, and hardware startups. The fund’s average ticket size ranges from €433,000 to €1,733 million (PLN 2 million to PLN 8 million). It’s most recent investment was Poland’s Thorium Space, which secured €900,000 in July 2023.
Thanks to the fresh funds, Ostendi Global intends to further develop its platform, as well as intensify the acquisition of foreign customers, especially in the USA.
