Lumoa, a Finnish customer experience platform, has announced its acquisition by Netigate, a Swedish company developing management solutions. The unity of two companies will transform experience management in Europe. The amount of the deal is undisclosed.
- Founded in 2016 by Carlos del Corral, Johanna Sinkkonen, and Suvi Lindfors, Lumoa is a developer of customer experience management platform based on generative AI solutions, headquartered in Helsinki. Backed by Icebreaker, Lumoa helps customers in more than 20 countries. In 2023, 74 million customer votes were analyzed using the Lumoa platform.
- The startup claims that it automates the analysis and highlights the items to help companies to work with not only see a spike in the numbers they track and to continue growing their business. Today, Lumoa serves companies in 14 countries.

Since 2022, the private equity fund GRO Capital has been the majority shareholder of the company.

The deal amount was not disclosed. The companies claim that their union marks the birth of a new European experience management powerhouse aiming to change how businesses harness the power of feedback.
