Outl1ne, a Tallinn-based digital product company focused on UI/UX design and software development, has been acquired by Net Group. The deal is set to enhance Outl1ne’s position in the AI landscape. This acquisition will allow Outl1ne operating as a subsidiary of Net Group.

  • Founded in 2012 (formerly Veebimeedia) by Olari Tõnison and Allan Tatter, Outl1ne is a software development boutique specializing in creating intelligent digital services and products. The team at Outl1ne provides an expertise in implementing language models and developing custom business software. Today, Outl1ne’s team consists of 25 people.
  • Net Group is an internationally operating business and software development company with 23 years of experience. This company offers solutions that combine innovative business models with technology for enterprises and organizations. In addition to Outl1ne, the company holds stakes in Elsavie, Synerall, and Depowise.

Through this merger, a synergy between the experiences and knowledge of both companies is created, allowing Net Group to offer comprehensive business and software solutions that cater to the growing demand for advanced and forward-looking technologies. Following the merger, Net Group has 100% ownership of Outl1ne, aiming to bolster its expertise in artificial intelligence and specialize in large language models. The founders of Outl1ne, Olari Tõnison and Allan Tatter, will continue to lead the company. The deal amount was undisclosed.
