The Tallinn-based software development company Helmes has signed an agreement to acquire 75% shares in Trinidad Wiseman. The transaction will strengthen companies in international markets and expand their services. TWN will continue to operate under its own name with existing management.

  • Helmes was founded 33 years ago. Now it specializes in custom software development and consulting, offering tailor-made services in strategy, service design, system integration, software, and mobile app development. In 2023, its turnover exceeded €100 million, the company employs approximately 1,400 people.

  • Trinidad Wiseman provides consulting, design services, and software development. The company also claims that its actions are guided by three core values: human-centeredness, professionalism, and autonomy.
  • In 2023 its turnover reached €16.9 million, additionally, the company employs more than 130 people. Company’s clients include Elisa, SEB Pank, City24, Telia, ERGO, Tallink, SK ID Solutions, Alexela, Tele2 and various Estonian public sector and European Union institutions.

The companies also added that the transaction needs the approval of the Estonian Competition Authority to be completed, the process has started. The transaction was advised by Redgate Capital, Sorainen Law, Cobalt and PwC.
