Joiner App, a Lithuanian startup managing a socialization platform, has raised over €500,000 in a fresh investment round. The startup’s major investors are angels from Lithuania, marketing advisors and co-investors from Ogilvy Vilnius.
About Joiner App
- Founded in 2022 by Eduard Titov and Jūratė Plungytė, Joiner App creates a socialization platform, which officially launched in Lithuania just two months ago. The user base has already grown from 1,000 to more than 12,000.
- The idea for the app came to founder Eduard Titov while he was traveling during the quarantine. When travel restrictions began, he felt truly alone in a foreign country. This inspired him to create a tool to help people find activities and company anywhere in the world, and before long, the idea became a reality.
Joiner App already has many users, it’s growing fast, and people are recommending it to each other— there’s a real snowball effect. There is huge potential for launching such a product in the US. It is an app that is easy to use; you don’t have to do much to find like-minded people and build your own circle anywhere in the world. There is a great need for this product, and I think investors understand that too. I’m happy to be part of its creation,
Yaroslav Zubko, Head of Product Design at Joiner App, commented.
