SoundHound, a company providing voice artificial intelligence, has announced the acquisition of Allset, a Ukrainian-founded online ordering platform that connects restaurants and local customers. The acquisition will strengthen the company’s capabilities and commitment to innovations.

About Allset

  • Founded in 2015 by Ukrainians Stas Matviyenko and Anna Polishchuk and headquartered in Los Angeles, California, Allset is a marketplace connecting restaurants and local diners. It provides restaurants with online ordering and contactless dining solutions.
  • The business received backing from numerous investors, including Andreessen Horowitz, and has nearly 7,000 restaurant partners, including Joe & The Juice and Charleys Cheesesteaks, Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, Lennys Grill & Subs, BIBIBOP Asian Grill, DIG. The company works with integration partners, including Olo, Ordermark, Checkmate, Cuboh, and Otter.

Allset has offices in Kyiv, New York and Los Angeles. In August 2022, Allset announced the reduction of its global team by 30%, laying off 29 employees.
