On May 24, students graduated from the Full Stack & Flutter Program. Some of the students are preparing for employment within the company.
This year, Empat launched two tracks: Web and Mobile. The course was created by 30 specialists from Empat.
215 people applied for the program, of which 37 were selected, and 30 students successfully passed the defense.
Over the course of three months, students had 21 meetings with mentors and participated in 2 workshops. As part of these events, they worked on real cases of a service company, gained new knowledge and improved their skills.
Thanks to the high level of training and support of teachers and mentors from Empat, the students demonstrated excellent results in the final assignment, which was to create a real mobile application. The topics of the final projects ranged from developing a donation platform to educational applications.
“I am very pleased that our students’ final projects were aimed not at just defending themselves, but at solving real problems of people,” said Andriy Tsabanov, course mentor and design leader at Empat.
The graduation was held at the company’s office. Students from Kharkiv, Kryvyi Rih, Odesa, Rivne, and other cities of Ukraine came to receive their certificates offline. The final stage of the ceremony was devoted to the words of Serhiy Tytenko, the head of the program and CTO at Empat, who emphasized the importance of continuous learning and development:
“As part of the program, we have provided you with a deep technical foundation. But today, I want to emphasize the concept of lifelong learning. Remember that real success comes not only from technical skill, but also from your perseverance, and willingness to learn continuously ”, said Serhiy Tytenko.

Empat School is a school founded by the Ukrainian service company Empat. It offers free education for students in technical fields from the 2nd year onwards. The program is based on KPI courses and integrated into the real cases of a modern IT company. After completing the course, students receive a certificate from Empat, and selected individuals have the opportunity for employment in the company.
