Moniti, a Polish application for managing teams working away from computers (deskless), has raised $450,000 (PLN 1.8 million) in a late seed round. The investment was led by the Smartlink Partners fund from the JR Holding ecosystem, MamStartup informs.

  • Founded in 2021 by Dawid Kowalski, Moniti offers a system for digitizing and automating the work organization of deskless teams. The application is used by companies from the construction, catering, field services, and even local government organizations.
  • The startup also provides photo confirmation of attendance and preparation for work, information where your employee started and finished work thanks to geolocation, accurately measured working and break times, and notifications about irregularities in time or place of work. This will help to
eliminate peer-to-peer reflections and inaccuracies while working.

Our goal is for entrepreneurs and managers to forget about the process of organizing and supervising the work of teams. Moniti will do it for them, proactively and effectively. Thanks to Smartlink’s support, we will accelerate our marketing and sales activities and maintain dynamic growth of 400% year on year. We are already in talks with VC funds from New York and London about the A round,

Dawid Kowalski, CEO of Moniti, said.
  • The Smartlink Partners fund from the JR Holding ecosystem provided the investment of $450,000 (PLN 1.2 million) in exchange for 24 shares. The Warsaw-based fund is a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage software startups.

Moniti will use the current round to scale the activities that will allow the company to grow by 600% since the last investment round in January 2023. In the future, the team will fully automate processes related to teamwork thanks to AI, which will enable companies to create work schedules, delegate tasks, and communicate with employees using Senior Employee Moniti.
