A team of Ukrainian IT entrepreneurs, including members of Genesis, KPMG, and SmartyAds, has launched a tech venture builder Spalah. They are currently looking for new projects and offer funding, support, and resources for the development of ideas, the Spalah team informed AIN.

It is stated that the project´s portfolio already includes more than ten successful businesses in the European and US markets at different stages of development. Venture projects are focused on three areas: adtech & martech, apps & publishing, and AI.

Vitaliy Makarchuk, co-founder and CEO of Spalah, says the advantage of the new project is that his team has experience in launching B2B and B2C businesses in international markets.

According to another co-founder, Ivan Guzenko, their vision is based on the need to support a startup from pre-seed, seed, and round A funding to hiring employees and legal support.

Spalah offers from $100,000 to $500,000 in initial investment to build companies and, if necessary, help attract external investment. Each project has to pitch its idea to the investment board to be able to attract funding for the first year.

"Further, entrepreneurs will receive expert advice from Spalah teams, including the transfer of expertise in AdTech, publishing, mobile apps, AI, and full back-office support in legal, financial, IT, and recruitment + HR," the project team explained.

Entrepreneurs are also offered access to a network of contacts with investors, partners, and mentors.
