Ukrainian startup Healthy Mind has released a beta version of its AI platform for improving mental health and raised $1 million in funding over the past 18 months. The company reported this to AIN.
- The startup plans to raise another $1 million in 2025. These investments will help to add functionality to the platform and expand its AI capabilities.
- They also report that they are preparing for international expansion, initially focusing on the Ukrainian market.
- Currently, the project team consists of 17 specialists, including scientific experts.
- Healthy Mind was founded by Andriy Kobolyev, Roosh Investment Group, and Marina Kvashnina from EDENLAB based in Kyiv. Andriy Kobolyev is the co-founder and ideologist of the project.

The platform offers a solution for diagnosing 80% of all clusters of mental health disorders listed in the DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) without clinical assessment.
"Healthy Mind provides a 15-18 minute screening and provides insight into the user's mental well-being across more than 75 indicators. By detecting signs of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other factors, Healthy Mind helps to make timely and scientifically sound decisions about the client's mental health," the release said.
It is also reported that the platform adapts to the social and cultural contexts of users. It has been tested by a sample of more than 1500 participants and is being cross-validated with psychologists.
As a reminder, in November, Ukrainian fund Roosh Ventures invested in the American MedTech startup Toothio, which raised an additional $5 million.
