Polish venture capital fund Digital Ocean Ventures Starter has completed the second closing with a capitalization increased to around €10,6 million (PLN 45 million). The fund was backed by the anchor investor PFR Ventures and a group of private investors including WP2 Investments. Adam Bartkiewicz, one of the fund’s partners, announced the news on his Linkedin.

Details about the deal
With PFR Ventures as the anchor investor, alongside a group of private investors including WP2 Investments, the fund will invest up to €700,000 (3 million PLN) in pre-seed and seed-stage startups. Follow-on investments can reach up to €1 million (5 million PLN), which is the maximum total investment per startup.
