Nine Ukrainian startups have joined the national delegation of Ukraine to participate in one of the largest technology conferences in the Baltics - TechChill 2025, which will be held from February 5 to 7 in Riga, Latvia. This was reported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian delegation includes:

  • Swapp - a marketplace for selling and exchanging used clothes.
  • ECOFACTOR - a company that creates and supports charging stations for electric vehicles.
  • FormSniper - a startup that automates the process of filling out tax forms and other documents.
  • if.team - a platform for project-based businesses that helps manage budgets, employee salaries, and project cost accounting.
  • VanOnGo - a solution for digitizing retail delivery processes.
  • Voopty - a system for optimizing administrative processes in extracurricular education.
  • Funely AI - an AI platform that helps businesses acquire more customers through digital marketing.
  • 3D UTU - an innovative technology company that has developed and patented the first and only construction 3D printer in Ukraine.
  • Generect - a SaaS startup that helps businesses find data about potential customers and connect with them through integration with email newsletter services.

As one of the largest Baltic technology conferences, TechChill brings together over 2,000 participants annually, including leading international investors, representatives of technology companies and startup communities. TechChill is an important platform for making new contacts, sharing experiences and gaining support for scaling projects.

In 2024, Ukraine was represented at the event by a delegation of 10 startups. The Ministry of Digital Affairs presented the results of the Ukrainian teams. This year the Ukrainian delegation will participate in the conference for the first time.
