Ukrainian-founded startup CostCare AI has raised a $500,000 investment from undisclosed angel investors to develop its product and expand the team. Andrii Varenyk, Co-Founder & CTO at CostCare AI, shared the news on his Linkedin page.

  • CostCare is a Ukrainian startup founded in 2024 by Andriy Varenyk and Paul Wachtel. The company develops AI sales manager for social commerce. 

  • The autonomous AI agent system developed by startups integrates with social media platforms and customer messengers, communicating completely independently with their prospects and customers. 

“Our AI technology delivers what we call “Virtual Employees” — intelligent systems designed to tackle the challenges traditional employees often present, like inefficiency, high turnover rates, and the costly hiring process,” the startup shared on its Linkedin page.

  • CostCare can interact with business infrastructure such as CRM and can autonomously perform tasks such as booking appointments, selling products and services, entering customer data into CRM, etc.

About the deal

According to Anrdiy Varenyk, the deal came a month after the co-founders decided to raise the issue of attracting investment, concluding on January 13, 2025. Unfortunately, the founders did not disclose the names of angel investors, but announced that the capital will allow them to expand the team.
